By accessing and using FinGaon platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

This Terms of Service agreement is effective upon your acceptance for new users and is otherwise effective as of September 24, 2025.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Finance consultants must verify their professional credentials before offering services.

Any unauthorized use of accounts must be reported immediately.

FinGaon is a platform connecting finance consultants with clients for financial services.

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and professional services.

Prohibited activities include fraud, misrepresentation, and violation of professional standards.

Platform fees apply only to successfully completed and paid services.

Finance consultants are responsible for delivering services as agreed with clients.

All services must comply with applicable laws and professional standards.

Clients have the right to request revisions within reasonable timeframes.

Disputes will be resolved through our mediation and support processes.

Payments are processed securely through our escrow system.

Platform fee of 25% applies to completed transactions.

Funds are released to service providers after client approval.

Refunds may be processed for valid disputes or service failures.

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All financial and personal data is encrypted and securely stored.

Data is used only for platform operations and service delivery.

Users have rights to access, correct, and delete their personal information.

FinGaon platform and its original content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and materials.

Platform grants limited license to use services for intended purposes.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

FinGaon acts as a platform and is not liable for service quality or outcomes.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Users agree to indemnify platform against claims arising from their use.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

Violation of terms may result in immediate account suspension.

Outstanding obligations remain enforceable after termination.

Platform reserves right to terminate service at any time.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction for disputes lies with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

International users agree to Indian jurisdiction and laws.

Arbitration may be used for dispute resolution where applicable.
